Friends of the National Railway Museum North East Branch Programme

All are welcome to attend these meetings which are held on Saturday mornings starting at 11.30am. This start time enables those attending these meetings, who wish to travel to Shildon by train, to do so by catching the train from Darlington to Shildon.

Tyne Industrial Archaeology Group

Meetings are held in Gateshead Civic Centre at 7.15pm on the fourth Thursday of each month from September to April (except in December). Meetings finish promptly at 9.00pm.

The Railway Correspondence and Travel Society North East Branch

Meetings are normally held on the 2nd Thursday in each month at the Brunswick Methodist Church hall, Brunswick Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne (located 50m from Monument Metro station). Meetings start at 6.30pm and finish by 9pm. Non-members are welcome to attend all meetings.
A collection will be taken at meetings to defray expenses normal contribution is £2.
